September was a busy month. We had the honor and delight of receiving Orr Newmann and Guy Kats from Israel. Both of these capable young men helped us with a variety of tasks. They covered the chicken coop with chicken wire, hauled a number of truck loads of manure to various sights and helped us package our chevre for the October Guild Gathering. Orr stayed for a few extra days and worked with me to extract this year's honey harvest. Thank you to both and pleasant travels as you discover the United States.
