Sunday April 17 we had our first annual Goat-a-palooza, bringing together the Christian Veterinary Mission and Goat Owners from around Chicago. Goat Guardian Guild members also were invited as well the public. About 60 people came by to feed goats and taste goat cheese.
I could not take a photo of goat girl faces as I came into the garage Friday because of the light. This photos show the rusulting mess. They escaped their pen in the night, knocked over garbage cans looking for grain, peed on the hay, stomped on shavings bags and generally caused a lot of mayhem. We worked for a couple of hours to clean up their little romp for April Fool's Day.
