David has been evaluating our egg production and prices. We purchase only organic feed for our chickens and provide them with organic greens as supplement. In the process of evaluating our egg size, we found that our large eggs are BIG, bigger than commercial large eggs. So we will have a mix of large and jumbo eggs, and a smattering of medium eggs. We have increased our price per dozen to $6.00.
