Urban Farming Works.
GlennArt Farm is a remarkable place where agriculture and community meet. Located in the Austin neighborhood on Chicago's West Side, the farm is a going concern for many Chicagoans and suburban dwellers as well. GAF is a place where Goat Guardian Guild members, as well as the rest of the Chicagoland community, have a source for fresh farm products, fellowship, work opportunities, and good, clean fun. OMG MORE BABIES!!!
On May 17 at 1 am, Martha gave birth to two gorgeous girl-kids. Temporarily named "K-4" and "K-5," Goat Guild Guardian members are invited to submit their ideas in our baby naming contest. [Read more about the Guild here...}
GGG members can enter the contest through the GGG Portal. The deadline for submissions is Saturday, May 28, at 5 pm!
Over the next few weeks Jael and Mercy will be kidding as well. So keep checking in for more births!
Three is Charming
Our April 17 Goat-A-Palooza extravaganza brought together goat owners, veterinarians, Guild members, friends, family, and the Austin community for a few hours of education and fun. [See the photos here....]

Here's what others say...
I had big fun working with goats and I even met some guys from the neighborhood who are often coming over to help bringing the animals back from the pasture. I could hardly imagine a better host and I'm sure going to miss the time I was there."
